No. Your Glyphbucks balance stays in your account and doesn't expire while GlyphGalaxy is running. Glyphbucks already credited to you remain yours to spend even after a membership ends.
Open ☰ Menu → Store in-game and enter the code (it looks like XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX). Each code redeems once, to one account — treat it like cash and keep it safe until you redeem it.
A monthly membership gives you a recurring Glyphbucks stipend, a discount on store prices, every season included, a member badge, and — on Artisan and Luminary — your own private, invite-only server. It's a recurring subscription billed by our payment processor; you can cancel anytime.
A private, invite-only world you host for yourself and the players you invite. It's included with the Artisan and Luminary memberships (higher tiers allow more players). Your private server stays available while your membership is active.
Glyphbucks and memberships are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise (see the Terms). Cancelling a membership stops future charges but doesn't refund the current paid period. Questions? Email help@glyphgalaxy.com.
A loot crate is a one-time Glyphbucks purchase that grants one random cosmetic from a fixed, published pool — revealed instantly when you open it. The odds are the same for everyone: Common 70%, Rare 22%, Epic 6.5%, Legendary 1.5%. Draws are provably fair (the server commits to its random seed before you buy), duplicates automatically convert to a fixed Glyphbucks credit shown per tier, and crate contents are cosmetic only — no gameplay power, no cash value, no trading, no cash-out. Random-reward purchases are restricted in some regions: buy crates only if your local law allows — you are responsible for compliance where you live.
No. Glyphbucks are closed-loop in-game credit — they are not cryptocurrency, tokens, or any blockchain asset, and buying them does not buy crypto. They can't be transferred, traded, or gifted to other players, and they can't be exchanged or cashed out for money or crypto inside or outside the game.
